I will show you how to follow the Precision Nutrition methodology, focusing on whole foods and a diet based mainly around vegetables, fruits, lean proteins and healthy fats.  We will also look at nutritional supplements and determine if a supplement program is right for you.  I will work with you to establish sustainable eating habits that will last a lifetime. There are no points to count, no packaged meal plans or supplements to purchase, or multi-level marketing business to operate.  This is an individualized program just for you.

16-Week Nutrition Program
Upon completing the required 45-minute Initial Consultation and you don't have any special medical or health conditions that require a treatment by a licensed medical professional, you may be one of ten people accepted into the 16-week FitNow Precision Nutrition program.  Over the 16 weeks, we will set outcome-based goals, complete nutritional assessments, design a custom nutrition plan, monitor your progress, and implement new behaviors that will help you achieve long-term nutrition success. At the completion of the 16-week program, we will evaluate the results and determine if additional time is needed and for how long. The program fee includes workbook, handouts, assessments, email support, online support and eight (8) bi-weekly, 60-minute progress meetings to evaluate your program and make any necessary adjustments.
