Private one-on-one or semi-private small group fitness coaching sessions can be conducted in either 30- or 60-minute sessions.
Private Training - This is a one-on-one session with your instructor in a private gym setting. No other clients will be in the gym during your training session. This is YOUR time to focus on your fitness without any outside distractions.
Semi-Private Training - You may be in a group of up to four individuals during your training session. Your session could include circuit training, group exercise, or partner exercises, depending on the workout. Some clients form a group of friends, co-workers, neighbors or family members to participate in semi-private training sessions. This allows participants to share in the cost of training.
