Not all fitness programs are created equal.


Sure, you could join an "access" gym like LA Fitness or Lifetime Finess... or you could hire a personal trainer with general fitness knowledge. But, you'd just be throwing your money away because you'll continue to struggle to achieve your goals as an Equestrian Athlete.

Whether you're a novice rider just hoping to make it through a day of trail riding or you're an advanced rider competing in dressage, jumping or barrel racing events, you need to be fit.

For the past year, I have been focused on helping my equestrian athlete clients with:

EQUESTRIAN ATHLETE FITNESS COACHING

I have a limited number of spots available for one-on-one private equestrian fitness coaching. Therefore, I am currently offering a FREE 60-minute equestrian fitness consultation to the first six individuals that click the button below and submit a consultation request. My clients range from the age of 11 to 77. Athletes below the age of 16 will be required to have an adult present in our facility during any consultation or training session.
