We are doing away with CLASS TIMES! Why, because people have lives! Things come up! Schedules change!
You come to FitNow during any of our three sessions (morning, noon or evening) and start your workout whenever you arrive. The workout will be planned out, an instructor will guide you, and the gym clock with be running continuously.
NO MORE CLASS TIMES... NO MORE STRESS!
Show up when you can and get the same great, 30-minute high-intensity boot camp session in as soon as you arrive - NO MORE SET CLASS TIMES!
Note: Cut-Off time is the last time that you can show up and still get a full 30-minute workout in before the session closes.
Morning (M-F) 5am - 9am (cut-off time is 8:30a)
Mid-Day (M-F) 11:30a - 1:00p (cut-off time is 12:30p)
Evening (M-Th) 5p - 7p (cut-off time is 6:30p)
Saturdays from 7a - 8:30 (cut-off time is 8:00p)
Body Blast is our regular boot camp program.
First Step is our beginner boot camp program and classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings for
eight weeks. We run these every couple of months.
THERE ARE NO FRIDAY EVENING CLASSES. Please either attend one of our Friday morning classes or our Saturday morning class when in session.
Also, from time to time, we reserve the right to cancel some class due to inclement weather, illness, holidays, instructor travel due to vacation or educational seminars & workshops. We will give you as much advance notice as possible so that you can make arrangements to attend one of the other class times we offer.
